At ARAZA, your satisfaction matters to us.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🔁 Size Exchange

We offer easy size exchange within 5 days of delivery.

If the size doesn’t fit you properly, you can request an exchange.

Conditions:

  • Item must be unused and unwashed

  • Original tags must be intact

  • Item should be in original condition


❌ Returns

We currently do not offer refunds.

However, if you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • A defective item

  • A wrong product

We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.


📦 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  2. Share your order ID and clear product images

  3. Our team will guide you through the exchange process

Replacement will be shipped after quality check.


🚚 Reverse Pickup

Reverse pickup is available in most serviceable areas.

If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to self-ship the product to our address.


⚠ Important Notes

  • Exchange allowed only once per order

  • Sale/discount items may not be eligible for exchange (optional – agar lagana chaho)

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
